Frequently asked questions
Can’t find what you need? Contact the Bloom team and we will help.
Who is Bloom for?
Bloom is built for college students, undergraduate and postgraduate learners, and recent graduates who want structured, practical training in technical and professional skills alongside preparation for internships and jobs.
How are courses delivered?
Courses are organised into modules and lessons. Lessons can be recorded videos, written lessons, PDFs and downloadable resources, with assignments, projects and quizzes to practise what you learn. You can learn on the web or on the Bloom apps for Android and iPhone.
How do I enroll in a course?
Create a free student account and verify your email. Some courses let you enroll instantly, some accept enrollment requests that the Bloom team reviews, and some are enrolled by the Bloom team for specific batches. Each course page shows which option applies.
How is my progress tracked?
Progress is calculated from the lessons you actually complete. Video lessons record how much you have watched and where you stopped, so you can resume later. Some lessons complete when you pass a quiz or submit an assignment.
Do I get a certificate?
Courses that award certificates show this on the course page. A certificate is issued only after you meet the course’s completion requirements, and every certificate has a unique ID that anyone can verify on the Bloom website.
Does Bloom guarantee a job or placement?
No. Bloom helps you build skills, a project portfolio and interview readiness, and provides career preparation resources. We do not guarantee jobs, internships or placements.
Can I learn on my phone?
Yes. The Bloom apps for Android and iPhone let you watch lessons, track progress, view materials, take assessments and contact support.
How do I get help?
Signed-in students can raise a support ticket from their dashboard. You can also reach the team through the contact page.
